Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process
Contact our customer service team at support@besedka.co.il within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refunded.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SUNDOA is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees.
You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
